Kahlua Affogato
This affogato is an indulgent dose of Kahlua, coffee and ice cream (vanilla flavoured) . You could leave out the Kahlua and just have hot expresso coffee poured over cold icecream, and watch it melt.
METHOD
Place the ice cream into glasses or bowls, or a nice wine glass. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream
Add a good mix of Kahlua and vodka in a cocktail shaker, if you wish to have the added alcohol kick. Shake until well combined and pour over the ice cream, expresso mix.
Simple ingredients for easy to follow
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (best is vanilla as other flavours may clash with coffee)
200ml strong hot espresso (you wanna be smelling the strong coffee aroma)
60ml Kahlua (you could buy a bottle and keep the rest for another hot day
30ml vodka (if you like to add alcohol as with kahlua)
