Ischia is an island off Naples and one that is very close to Margarita’s heart. It was here that she learned how to make pizza many years ago from master pizzaiolo Gaetano Fazio. She returns on this trip for a reunion with Gaetano and to see more of the emerald island. She gets to know Nino Di Costanzo, a 2 Michelin starred chef at his restaurant Dani Maison. Then, together with Ischia local, Marco Pantalones they climb up Castelo Aragonese d’ Ischia and have a seafood dinner at local favorite, Coco Mare.
