In this video I cook up a vegan three course meal perfect for an at home feast for your New Year’s celebration or just to treat yourself or someone you like to a meal with a little extra pizazz. I make a tangy, sweet, creamy and crunchy salad for starters. A cauliflower steak with pesto dressed lentils and lots of other goodies for the main. To finish off I make some cider poached pears with a kick from ginger teamed with whipped vegan cream and caramelised nuts.
