In this interview on AgriAdventures, we will talk about wine from Franciacorta and a family-run business with over 4 centuries of history with Gualberto Ricci Curbastro.
Co-Chief Executive Officer of the #riccicurbastro wine estate, Gualberto is the 18th generation in the family and is driving the company with his father and brother through the many challenges time has brought to him in this complex 2020.

The company produces an overall 200,000 bottles per year from its 20 hectares vineyard, with a 75% of “Franciacorta sparkling wine” refermented on lees from 3 (vintage) to 5 years (reserve). It is fully certified organic, not using pesticides since the 70s, and was one of the first (2017) certified “Sustainable” business in Italy by #equalitas.
