Ok if you haven’t tried Tiramisu, you are missing out. This is one dessert anyone will indulge on and come back for more.
In the video I used instant coffee instead of espresso but either will work and I also ended up using 27 ladyfingers for the baking pan I used (medium size).
You can dust the top and place in fridge overnight but the cocoa powder will get dark in color due to the moisture, but you can dust 1 hour before serving.
