Recipe: Steamed chicken with chinese sausage/lap cheong
ingredients:
½ chicken cut into bite size
3 pcs. dried mushroom soaked till softened
2 chinese sausage
1½ tbsp fermented black beans(tausi)
2 cloves garlic
1 small pc of ginger
1tsp cooking wine
For the seasoning:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soysauce
1 tsp sesame oil
some white pepper powder
