Chocolate Chestnut Espresso Cookies
*3/4 cup neutral nut/seed butter
*1/4 cup maple syrup
*1/4 cup coconut sugar
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax mixed with 3 tablespoons water)
*1 cup oat flour
*1 teaspoons ground espresso
*1/2 teaspoon baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*1/4 cup roasted chestnuts, chopped
*1/2 cup chocolate, chopped
