INGREDIENTS:
Porc shoulder = I had 4 lbs in the video – make sure there is fat.
The concoction of spices and dried herbs = 1/3 of a handful of each: black pepper,
rosemary, thyme, chili flakes. OPTIONAL: Fennel seeds
Salt = lots – watch the video
Garlic = 4-5 cloves
