In today’s vlog I want to cook for you two of my favorite food in xmas time…I mean it’s not xmas for me without this food.
I’m going to cook an Italian Spaghetti Aglio E Olio and Rib Eye Steak..YUMMMMMM….
Here are the list of ingredients and procedures for the 2 menus :
ITALIAN SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO
6 cloves minced garlic
5 tbsp of olive oil
½ teaspoon of chilli flakes
Fresh parsley
Cheese (either parmesan or Italian cheese)
Cooked spaghetti pasta noodles
PROCEDURE :
Bring olive oil, garlic in the heated pan
Add the chilli flakes
Mix the cooked spaghetti pasta noodles
Add fresh parsley
Add the parmesan cheese
RIB EYE STEAK
Beef Rib Eye
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
PROCEDURE :
Rub the beef rib eye steak with salt and pepper
Rub the beef rib eye steak with small amount of olive oil
Heat the butter in the pan
Add the 2 cloves of garlic
Add the Beef Rib Eye steak in the pan
Flip to the other side every 10 seconds
Add 3 sprigs of Fresh rosemary
