Recipe for Tiramisu
Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks
3 tbsp. Sugar
4 cups of Heavy Cream
2 cup Mascarpone Cheese Room temperature
2 cups of Nescafe coffee
40 to 45 lady fingers or Savoyard Biscuit
Cocoa powder 2 to 3 tbsp. for dusting
Directions:
Let’s make coffee first
Boil 2 cups of water and mix two tbsp. of Nescafe coffee and set aside to make it cold.
Filling :
Place 4 eggs yolk in heatproof bowl on the double boiler to make custard
Add 2 tbsp. of sugar and use electric mixer until its thick consistency and in light color
So it’s ready now .
Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
Remove the bowl from heat and let it cool.
Add Mascarpone and whisk until smooth
In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream until it’s thick.
Transfer now Mascarpone cream and custard mixture into the heavy whip cream
And just cut and fold .
Make Sure don’t mix with electric mixture ‘just use spatula .
Assemble time :
Dip each lady finger in cold coffee mixture fast and place in the bowl
Now spread half of the cream over the soaked lady fingers.
Repeat with another layer of lady fingers and spread the remaining cream on top cover and refrigerate for one night .
Before serving dust with cocoa butter and serve with coffee
