INGREDIENTS:
Water 1 1/2 Cups
Pasta 2 Cups
Wine 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil
Pepper Flakes 1/2 Tsp
Minced Garlic 1 Tsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Onion 1/2 Cup
Mint Leaves 3 Tbsp
Spring Onion 1/2 Cup
Tomatoes 2
Cilantro 3 Tbsp
Cheese as needed
Salt as needed

Methods:
How to cook Pasta ?
Heat a deep pan with 1 1/2 cup of water, add 1 tsp of oil and bring to a boil.
Add pasta and cook it until its nicely cooked
Drain the water from the pasta, run it under cold water and sprinkle 1/2 tsp olive oil

Heat a pan with 2 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 cup onion
Add 3 Tbsp mint leaves,1/2 cup spring onions, 2 chopped tomatoes and 3 Tbsp Cilantro. Cook until the tomatoes are nice cooked and soft
Reduce the heat on low and add 1/2 cup wine
On low heat cook until the wine evaporate, add 1/2 Black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
Add pasta
Add some cheese and salt as per taste and cook until cheese is melted
