We talk with the mad scientist/chef Mickey Chopra that has created i2i, the first Indian-Italian fusion restaurant in the world. After buying Vinnie’s Pizzeria and seeing the many others in the area, Mickey saw the need to create something new and interesting. With the help of his family, he drew from his Indian roots and combined it with the Italian favorites in the kitchen. Some of his creations include the award winning Naanchos and Barstool’s Dave Portnoy reviewed chicken mahkani penne alla vodka (a 9.6 rating!).
