Our L’arca Nero d’Avola D.O.C. is a wonderfully evocative red wine varietal. L’arca winemakers are famous for their decades of research reviving old Italian varietals. It is a product of centuries of Italian winemaking experience with what is often called ‘The Most Important Wine in Sicily’, and is one of Italy’s most important indigenous varieties.
A delectable balance of fruit and minerality, this Nero d’Avola D.O.C. has marvelous hints of red fruits and black cherries. The palate is very concentrated, powerful and warm.
This wine was designed to be paired with spicy pasta dishes and grilled red meats.
