This mulled wine, cocktail collaboration was inspired by a chance encounter. Revival’s bartender extraordinaire, Logan, took time to travel the world in 2019. One stop landed him in Australia were he meet an Italian gentleman. It was cold night when the man invited Logan and some others over for drinks. He introduced them to a family mulled wine recipe. Inspired by this Logan took note and added his own cocktail twist to the drink. The result… a tasty, boozy, hot mulled wine cocktail! Perfect for the holiday season.
– 3 cups Merlot
– 1.5 cups Bourbon
– 1.5 cups Cognac
– 1.5 cups Sugar
– 3 Oranges (sliced)
– 1.5 Red Apples (Sliced)
– 18 Cinnamon Sticks
– 18 Cloves
– 3 Star Anise
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Stir together. Heat, but do not boil. Enjoy!
CREATE. ENJOY. REPEAT.
