Creamy Italian Pasta:
Fettuccini pasta ½ packet
Salt to taste
White pepper 3 pinches
Black pepper 3 pinches
Oregano 1 pinch
Red chili crushed to taste
White sauce 1 tsp
Milk 100 ml
Cream 150 ml
Black olives as required
Chicken Julienned 150 gm
Zucchini to taste
Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
Oil as required
Garlic as required

Method

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken with garlic paste. Then add zucchini and black olives and add all the spices and white sauce. Also mix a little water and cook. Then add mozzarella, cheese, milk. Add cream and cook for a while. Then add pasta. Finally take it out in a dish and serve.

Cocktail Kabab:

Ingredients:
Seekh kabab 1 packet
Eggs 2
Green chilies chopped 4
Salt to taste
Black pepper 2 pinches
White pepper 2 pinches
Flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Bread crumbs for coating

Method

Pour the egg into a bowl and mix well. Then add chopped green chilies and all the spices and mix well. Now coat the skewer kebab with flour and corn flour. Then fry in hot oil.

Grilled Chicken Boti:
Thai chicken boneless 500 gm
Garlic 1 tbsp
Crush red chili 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Chili garlic 3 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
White sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Capsicum as required
Tomatoes as required
Onion as required

Method
Chop the chicken like an herb. Then add the chili garlic, mayonnaise, and all the spices with the lemon. Now add the white sauce and mix well. Then cut all the vegetables into cubes and mix well. Cook for a while. Now put the vegetables and chicken in the bamboo stick and grill till the color comes. Finally, take it out in the platter and serve.

Mutton kunna:
Oil 500 g
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Onion 100 g
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Mutton 1 kg
Wheat as required

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and add mutton. Then add all spices and cook with a little water. Then take out mutton and onion separately. Add in – then add cumin seeds and leave on dam – when the oil comes up, take out the mutton and serve.
