Ingredients:

¼ cup breadcrumbs
1tsp parsley, basil, oregano (each)
5 large cloves of garlic
3-4 thinly sliced top sirloin
3 slices of prosciutto

Sauce
1 medium onion
4-5 cloves garlic
1 cup red wine
1 tsp parsley, basil, oregano (each)
¼ tsp pepper
1-2 bay leaves
28 oz can tomato puree
1 cup chicken stock

Pasta (1 serving)
½ cup 00 flour
1 egg, room temperature
1-3 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
