Frutto di una sapiente opera di ristrutturazione condotta con grande cura e amore dagli anni Sessanta, il castello (assieme agli annessi) ospita oggi un totale di 25 camere e un ristorante. Il bosco privato (circa 2,0 ha) è un terreno ottimo per il tartufo ma è già stato approvato un progetto per la riconversione di questo appezzamento in vigneto Nebbiolo da Barolo (come era in passato).
