Fusion Pasta is one such recipe that you can enjoy at any time. This can be made using readily available ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen. This is a great lunch box recipe and also a tasty snack recipe for your kids. Serve the Masala Macaroni hot with some tomato ketchup.

Ingredients
For cooking the Macaroni: Macaroni – 3 cups
Salt – 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
For Macaroni Masala:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Large Onion – 1 no. (finely chopped)
Tomato Puree – 1 Cup
Capsicum – 1/2 no. (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 no. (finely chopped)
Sweet Corn – 1 Cup
Baby Corn – ½ Cup (chopped roughly)
Basil Leaves/ Tulsi Leaves – 7-8
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp (According to Taste)
Maggi Masala E Magic – 2 Sachets
Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tbsp (According to Taste)
Cheddar Cheese Slices – 6 nos.

Method
1. Take water in a pot. Add salt and let it boil. Then add pasta and cook till it becomes soft. Strain the pasta and keep it aside. Then drizzle oil to prevent pasta from sticking.
2. Heat a non-stick pan with oil & butter. Add onions, garlic paste. Saute till the onions are transparent.
3. Add capsicum, carrot , baby corn , sweet corn saute them .
4. After the tomato puree & let it cook for few minutes.
5. Add 4 cheese slice & let it melt.

6.Add the red chili powder, Italian seasoning, Maggie masala e magic , basil leaves & mix them well.
7. Add the cooked pasta. Mix everything well & let it cook for few minutes.
8. Add remaining cheese slices & let it melt.
10. Finally mix well and serve the Fusion Pasta.
