Mulled Wine or Hot Wine as some may call it, is a hot alcoholic beverage made with red wine, most often seasoned with cinnamon, anise, cloves and sometimes oranges, with an added touch of sugar for sweeting. It is traditionally used in Romania, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic during the winter season and at outdoor festivals. We at What TV want to keep this traditional drink alive.
