Homemade Pesto Sauce Pasta|2 Mins Recipe [Italian Cuisine]

Ingredients
Penne / Fusili Pasta – 1 Cup
Basil – 2 Cups
Pine nuts – 0.5 Cup
Olive oil – 0.5 Cup
Parmesan – 1
Water – 2 Cups
Salt – as per taste
Italian Seasoning – Chilli Flakes, Oregano & basil
Freshly grounded black pepper – 1-2 tablespoon

Method
1. In a saucepan, boil pasta with water, olive oil & bit of salt
2. Grind basil, pine nuts or walnuts, parmesan & olive oil to course pasta
3. When the pasta is boiled, add the pesto on to it, stir it in the residual heat itself, use the pasta
stocking water for finely mixing it, to increase the starch texture.

Enjoy hot pesto pasta with freshly baked garlic bread!

Ps – you can use walnuts instead of pinenuts as well.
