Recording sometimes lags – I’m talking about George Castagnola who was one of the the people involved in the murder of Tim Moreau at the Starry Night in Portland, Jan 23 1990. According to his LinkedIn profile, he’s been involved with a restaurant called Assaggio since 2009. (He also claims a 1990s association with IATSE which is almost certainly the same Union Erika Schlaeger belongs to.)
His profile suggests he’s been involved with Assaggio in Hawaii the whole time, though this may be a restaurant chain.
Here I look at the area surrounding Assaggio in Honolulu, and beginning at 7:09 in Portland. There is also a restaurant with this name in Seattle. It’s not clear whether all three restaurants are part of the same chain, but while the Assaggio in Portland seems to have only opened up in late 2019 or early 2020 and so is not seen on Google maps street view (it’s in the location of a Cena) there are interlocking glyphs around the Portland and Seattle location, most notably a power pole which is blurred all but for the top in Hawaii, and a power pole where only the top is showing in Portland . There are also trees with single blurred branches in each location, and in the Portland location there is new construction going up all around the restaurant (I point to one building across the street but there is a similar building just behind Portland Assaggio/a Cena)
