A fresh and simple salsa recipe that takes minutes to make.

Some recipes require accurate measurements, this is not one of them. Adjust to your liking.

6 Roma tomatoes
1 Jalapeno
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 of a medium yellow onion
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 Lime, juiced.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Roughly dice the tomato and onion.
Remove the stem from the jalapeno, and the pith/seed(if you like!)
Add the Tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno to the blender and pulse until chunky.
Add Cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and pulse until desired texture, not long.
Best if chilled overnight in the fridge.
Serve with chips or anything that you wish!
