Ingredients:
For Red Cabbage
– 900g stripes of red cabbage
– 3 Tablespoons Oil
– 8 Tablespoons Apple Mousse
– Red Wine 300ml
– 4 Tablespoons Cranberry Jelly
– 3 Tablespoons Sugar
– 3 Tablespoons Apple Vinegar
– 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
– 0.5 Teaspoon Clove Powder
– Salt to Taste
For Baked Stuffing
– 1 Finely Chopped Onion
– 3 Tablespoons Oil
– 2 Small Apples Cut in Small Cubes
– 1 Egg
– 300ml Chicken Stock
– 200ml to 300ml Cream
– 8 Slices of White Bread
– 12 Cooked Chestnuts
– 2 Chicken Sausage Finely Cut
– 8 Strips of Bacon Finely Chopped
– Salt to Taste
For Beer-Can Chicken
– 1 Small Beer Can
– 1.5kg Chicken
– 1 Tablespoon Mustard
– 3 Tablespoons Oil
– 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
– 2 Tablespoons Red Paprika Powder
– 1 Tablespoon French or Italian Mixed Herbs
– Salt to Taste
For Baked Vegetable
– 4 Carrots
– 6 Small Potatoes
– 1 Big Sweet Potato
– 1 Cup Boiled Green Peas
– 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
– 1 Tablespoon Red Paprika Powder
– 1 Tablespoon French or Italian Herbs
– 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
– Salt to Taste
