Get your whole OFFICE, family, neighbors, football friends all on board to order locally. Order online through the restaurant’s website(vs third party websites) that should be the preferred online ordering method, then go PICK IT UP yourself. Try and stay away from 3rd party delivery platforms, they take HUGE commissions. Watch for drink kits & holiday dinners togo. Buy gift cards, company schwag(aka hats, T-shirts, etc). And lastly, Tip!
