The process of making Red Grapes Wine is very easy. The most important part of wine preparation is to start with everything clean, sterilized & dry. Use only Glass /Ceramic jar & wooden spoon for wine preparation.
Ingredients:
Red Grapes-2.5 Kg
Sugar-1 Kg
Wheat- 100 gm
Yest- 1 tbsp
Cloves-2 nos
Cinnamon-2 pieces
Cardmon-1 no
Boil water then let it cool- 1 litre
