Tilburg University student Ivana Lolli (24) has recently opened an Italian take-away. Despite the pandemic and the fact she’s not making any pizza, she already has a nice amount of customers. ‘Everything here is truly Italian and my father uses recipes that he won’t tell anybody.’ The family’s love for food made her father migrate from Italy to The Netherlands to be the chef of Trattoria da Gioia.
