We first met Frank & Elisa when we lived in Europe. Frank, with his Italian mother & American father, grew up in Italy. We became dear friends. We all love Frank’s gnocchi and ask him to make it EVERY TIME he visits the US. In this previously lost video, I decided to record the Gnocchi making session so I could remember how he makes it! So good! Served with salad, and that’s dinner, the Italian way.
