The properties under ownership and management include multi-story office structures, warehouses, shopping, and office complexes, a Filling Station, lodges, and multi-residential units located in various parts of the country. The companies have a permanent staff complement of forty-two (42) and often has up to fifty (50) additional temporary staff including sub-contractors when job requirements dictate.
3. RESTAURANTS: MOGOBE INCORPORATED (PTY) LTD T/A NONNAS AND CENTRE SQUARE (PTY) LTD T/A BLACK:
Recently the group opened two (2) franchised restaurants in the heart of the new CBD within Mogobe Plaza branded as Nonnas Italian Kitchen and Black Lounge and Cocktail Kitchen (B.L.A.C.K) respectively. The former offers Italian cuisine whilst the latter specializes in fine dining. The restaurants have in the past year hosted a number of corporate events as well.
4. LEGAL PRACTICE: LERUMO MOGOBE LEGAL PRACTITIONERS:
One of the large indigenous law firms in Botswana. The firm boasts six (6) Attorneys specializing in various areas of law and has a staff complement of fifteen (15).
Mr. Mogobe is a trained Arbitrator & Mediator and has been involved in a number of arbitrations over the years.
