We waited patiently… Finally the time came to Have Another Drink with Jimmy the Wine Guy! This week we made cocktails with High West Campfire Whiskey!
1. CAMPFIRE -N- COFFEE
○ 1 oz Campfire
○ 1 oz sugar in the raw simple syrup
○ Coffee to just under the rim of mug
○ Hand shaken heavy cream as a float
2. SMOKEY MANHATTAN
○ 2 oz Campfire
○ 1 oz Italian Sweet Vermouth
○ Dash of chocolate bitters ( find quality bitters @ Boozetique )
