It’s been a long, I shouldn’t have left you but I been depressed BOO! But no worries, I am out of my funk and ready to live in society again. To help get myself together, I listened to Mark Manson’s THE SUBTLE ART OF NOT GIVING A F*CK, and it really motivated me to do something with myself besides complaining and I guess what I discovered…COOKING- HERE I COME GORDON RAMSAY, I’M SIGNING UP FOR MASTERCHEF!
To be honest, I’ve always been afraid of the kitchen, but because I’m more afraid of getting the rona, so I challenged myself to cooking a pasta dish for the first time. Here’s my attempt at Gamberetti Alla Montese from MAMMA LUCIA.
Ingredients used-
1 bag of penne noodles
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 carton of heavy whipping cream
1 lb of raw deveined shrimp
3 tsp unsalted butter
some kosher salt
some Lawrys seasoning
some Phillips Chesapeake Bay crab spice
some agave syrup
and some Cardi B
