This tasty dish is perfect for a romantic dinner and pairs very well with a fragrant glass of white wine such as a Chardonnay (what do you think? Any other suggestion from our sommelier followers?)
Ingredients:
-30 gr butter
-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-1 small onion
-1/2 small radicchio
-250 gr rice for risotto ( @risoacquerello )
-1/2 glass white wine
-broth
-100 gr Gorgonzola cheese
-50 ml milk
-3 walnuts coarsely chopped
