This video is not my typical video, in that I brew a recipe of my own creation in the Italian Grape Ale style. This series is in collaboration with Doin’ the Most youtube channel. Check out what these guys are brewing on their channel. They make some really experimental stuff which I find very interesting:

Now for the recipe:
93% Vienna Malt
6% Crystal 80
1% special B
0.5 gallons Kedem Concord Grape Juice
28 IBUs of hallertauer Mittelfrueh
White Labs 820 yeast

Mash at 150 for 75 minutes
Boil to an OG of 1.062 adding the juice at the beginning of the boil when possible(I ran out of space in my kettle!)
Ferment at 50F
