In this lesson, we will make a colourful French bean Salad starter with sun dried tomatoes, Feta and Mozzarella and aromatic gnocchi with fried sage and parmesan as first course.
We will also introduce you to the vocabulary for different herbs, spices, vegetables and other ingredients. Each week, I will also introduce you to the names of various local and regional products including cheeses, cured meats, wines and other drinks and we will talk about Italian culture and Italians’ love for food practising our newly acquired phrases.
