100g of long pasta (spaghetti, angel hair, Linguine, fetuccine…) – quality of pasta DOES matter. Use Barilla or Buitoni if you can.
100ml red wine. A full body wine. Something like a Chianti or a merlot. Doesn’t need to be expensive at all.
Red pepper flakes *
Fresh Parsley is preferred.
Olive oil.
1 clove of garlic.
* i used also Carolina Reaper. This is no joke. It is extremely hot.
In a Scoville unit scale Red pepper flakes range between 20000 and 50000 while the Carolina Reaper is about 1500000 to 3000000. So be careful.
