This year’s Thanksgiving Day special is focused on mostly traditional wines with the theme of a smaller gathering. The CDC is recommending that people do not travel during this holiday. If you do, please be safe and mindful of social distancing.
I chose three wines that will pair with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The first wine is a free sample from the Ferrari Winery in Italy. It is their Non-vintage Ferrari Brut Rosé. Next I pulled something from the cellar. The 2016 Trimbach Riesling. Lastly, I took advantage of Beaujolais Day and purchased the 2020 Joseph Drouhin Beaujolais Nouveau.
