This is a FANTASTIC Italian chicken recipe, which makes enough to serve 4-6 people. Delicious, rich sauce, especially with the shredded four-blend cheese. We served it on penne pasta. It’s hot, yummy and filling. This recipe was served on the Western Pacific’s flagship passenger train, “The California Zephyr”. Enjoy!!!
