The Foreign Affair Winery is known for award winning wines hand crafted in the Appassimento winemaking technique. The Founders fell in love with this style of winemaking when they were living as ex-pats in Italy in the 90’s, they began to dream of adapting this old world technique to the new world wine country of Niagara, Ontario. They became pioneers of this trend-setting method!
