This was just a little while ago, but feels like a time gone by! This was a visit to New York, prior to the pandemic, and what a difference how things have changed.
This is the first full day in New York and I was touring the city, seeking out all the wonderful foods and more importantly, meeting the great people here! Many suggested to visit this place called Eataly, and it sure did not disappoint. From the fresh pastas and seafood, to the decadent pastries and cannolis, I was sure in for a feast. But a feast would not be possible without the friendly faces and convivial connections with the New Yorkers, and I was fortunate to meet many of these folks in spades.
