St. Louis County Commissioner Sam Page is threatening to shut down restaurants as COVID numbers continue to climb. But restaurant owners say the safety precautions they use make their spaces safer than most places. They are urging Dr. Page to come to the table, as it were, to discuss a solution that protects citizens’ physical health while also saving the economic health of an entire industry that could be eradicated in the city limits if another shutdown happens.
