In a pot, add olive oil and 1/4 lbs of prosciutto sliced into thin strips… once browned add one Sweet onion chopped… sauté until clear. Add 5 organic carrots and 4 celery stalks chopped into small bite size pieces.
Add chicken stock (4-5 cups) one can of tuttorosso crushed tomatoe, salt pepper
After it comes to boil, Add butternut squash (cut into small bite sized pieces after )ten minutes later add zucchini and pasta
Add can of beans and Tuscan kale and simmer for 40 minutes The last ten min throw in zucchini. Add pasta of your choice. B
