Brush off the dirt from the mushrooms stems, cut off the part that was in the dirt and slice them up.
Prepare a large pot with the water for the pasta.
Put some extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan with a sliced-up garlic clove.
When the garlic starts to sizzle, add the mushrooms.
Wash and dry some parsley and add salt to the pasta pot .
Enjoy a glass of red wine.
When the water boils, put the pasta into the pot.
Drain the pasta once cooked and put it in the pan with the mushrooms.
Put small pieces of chili peppers into the pan.
Mix everything, add the parsley and keep mixing.
Once you put them in the dishes, add some ground black pepper..
