The Raboso grape finds its best expression in the Malanotte del Piave DOCG: obtained from 100% Raboso grapes, of which the 20% are dried, this wine rests in 15 hl oak barrels for at least 24 months and then ages in bottle for other 8 months before it is sold.
The result? A sumptuous wine, with a rich and persistent aromatic bouquet.
