If you’ve eaten these, you know you love it & if you haven’t you’re going to be in love with it for sure. This classic northern Italian recipe of potato dumplings are a fantastic recipe to cook along with the family & lets not forget its easy to make aswell.

Ingredients
350 gm Boiled Potatoes
Salt as Required
1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Pinch Of Nutmeg
2-3 tbsp Refined Flour
*Boil them in salted water
*Pan fry if your desire.
For the sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
5-6 halved cherry tomato
2-3 sprigs thyme
1 cup tomato puree (store brought)
1/4 cup blanched chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup water
Season with salt, pepper & some sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Cream
3-4 basil leaves
1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
