Today I came with a delightful palate with fabulous Cannoncini with Custard Cream.
We need a roll of puff pastry and a filling cream.
The puff pastry cannoncini with custard are classic sweets of Italian pastry, which cannot be missing in a well-assorted tray of pastries; they are among the most delicate and delicious pastries.

230 g pasta sfoglia / Puff pastry sheet-470 kcal
250 g di crema pasticcera / custard cream
30 g di Sugar

For longer storage, you can decide to freeze the cannoli even if, in that case, after defrosting them they will lose their crunchiness.
Tips:-
If you don’t have steel cylinders, you can make the cannoli with cream without a mold: check how I made a mold in the video.
If you want to prepare the custard cannoli in advance, fill them just before serving: in this way the shell will remain crunchy and fragrant, without getting damp.
