Welcome back to my kitchen for another Tasty Tuesday and today we are making delicious homemade Italian Pasta Sauce
Italian Pasta Sauce
Olive Oil
5-8 garlic cloves
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
Cook on the stove for 15 min
Add
6 oz tomato paste
6 oz red wine
pinch oregano and onion powder
salt and pepper
3 T chopped fresh basil
24 oz tomato puree
Simmer two hours
Add more liquid if needed
