This is Rome in September. We are in front of the Trevi Fountain 0:00-0:17. The fountain has been restored a few year ago by Fendi. This was a way for the company to give something back to city of Rome which has been part of its creative heritage. A famous tradition of the Fountain is for people to toss a coin over their shoulder into the Trevi’s waters, which, legend has it, ensures a return to the city for visitors. Lifestyle in Rome centers around being passionate about life, to make even the most ordinary the extraordinary. Enjoying an espresso or unwinding from a busy day with the help of homemade pasta or gelato, are carried out with affection and devotion. Eating and drinking at cafés and restaurants in Rome aren’t the only sources of entertainment, however. Modern day Rome is full of cultural affairs. As far as shopping goes, you’ll find some of the biggest names in Italian fashion here, Fendi, Valentino, Bulgari, as well as boutiques by Prada, Armani, Versace, Ferragamo, Cavalli, Gucci, and many others. In the fall and winter, the Italian dress code entails bundling up with lots of layers. In fact, Italians often start wearing heavier clothing around October, regardless of whether the weather’s actually still quite mild…Until then, enjoy the pre fall Rome street style.
