Using your Wood Fired Pizza Oven to make things other than pizza is great! With the use of the ilFornino Cooking Grill we were able to make Italian Chicken Sausage. We seared the sausage on top the grill coal then we let it sit in the oven between 5-6 minutes in order to coo internally. You can also grill onions and peppers to make great sandwiches.
