2 cups self-raising flour pinch of salt 1 ¼ cups natural yogurt 1 cup grated cheese 2 tbsp dried tomato pesto
130g diced bacon Cherry tomatoes 6 eggs
 
METHOD

Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, grated cheese, and mix. Add the yogurt and mix again.
Flatten the mixture with a rolling pin and form a rectangle the size of a baking sheet.
Spread dried tomato pesto on top and diced bacon.
Make 6 circles in the bread with a spoon and pour an egg into each circle.
Place halves of cherry tomatoes and grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
