This LASAGNA is one of a kind! If you are looking for a delicious recipe, follow along as I walk you through the process of putting all the ingredients together, including making my superb sauce made from scratch.

STEP BY STEP recipe:
For 9 portions of LASAGNA:
– 500 gr of minced veal
– 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 celery sticks (chopped)
– Parmesan
– Shredded mozzarella
– 680 ml of tomato puree (passata)
– 1 glass of white wine
-Pasta sheets 375 gr
-Extra virgin olive oil
STEP 1: Ragù
Meat:
– In a pan with very high heat, cook the meat until all the water is reduced
– add the white wine and cook until reduced.
Veggies:
– In a pan warm 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
– add the veggies and cook them on low heat, with the lid on, for 10 minutes
Ragù:
– Mix the veggies and meat and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.
– add the passata and 300 ml of water.
-Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
– adjust with salt and black pepper
STEP 2: Lasagna
– Cover the bottom of a tray with the ragù
– Create one layer with the pasta sheets
– Now create one layer with the ragù
– Cover the ragù with one layer of shredded mozzarella
– Add now one layer of parmesan.
REPEAT 3 more times make sure to finish with ragù, mozzarella and parmesan at the top.
– Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° then 5 more minutes at 200°
