Little Italy is located in the northwest end of Downtown, a few blocks from the Embarcadero. The neighborhood is located in the side of a hill.
We came here for lunch and to think were going to try Italian foods but unfortunately we end up eating in Seafood place.
Little Italy is a neighborhood in Downtown San Diego, California that was originally a predominately Italian and Portuguese fishing neighborhood. It has been gentrified and is now a popular neighborhood full of Italian restaurants and grocery stores, home design stores art galleries and residential units.
The neighborhood has a low crime rates when compared with other neighborhoods in Downtown San Diego.
